OUR
MINISTRIES
Dorr Bible Church is a Church family that cares about each other and is seeking to grow in our understanding of the Word of God through all of our ministries. Below you will get a "snap-shot" of what we offer in a normal week of ministry

Children's Ministry
We value children greatly and are dedicated to teaching them about God and the gospel of Grace as we explore the Bible with them.
Sunday school and our Bible club "Rooted Kids" are the two ways we strive to teach our kids the truth of the Word of God and help them to memorize verses that will help them for the rest of their lives.
Children's Sunday School: Sundays -10:00am
Rooted Kids Bible Club: Monday Nights - 6:00pm
Youth Ministry
The youth of our church are a "part" of our church.
Though we do have youth events and a youth group, they are integrated into everything we do and given the opportunity to be a part of our church TODAY, not just on hold for tomorrow.
That being said, we do offer age specific ministry for our teens so that they can also have some time to learn and fellowship with people their age and grow in their understanding of God's Word together.
Sunday School: Sundays 10:00am
Youth Group: Monday nights 6:00pm--7:30

Adult Ministries
It's our goal to equip the saints to know God's Word and how to study it for themselves as well.
Wednesdays, doing the school year, we gather for a verse by verse Bible study each week.
Sunday's start with Adult Sunday school which is "extra Credit" work for the Message coming in our main worship hour. Study, discussion and challenges are meant to help us all grow and get more out of the message.
Impact: Wednesdays, 6:00pm (during the school year)
Sunday School: Sundays, 10:00am
Community Outreach
At Dorr Bible Church we not only seek to minister within our walls, but to engage within our community.
Our church family is always striving to welcome the people in our community into our family atmosphere.
Sometimes we are off campus at "Church in the Park" - 4th of July weekend, or passing out free Christmas trees to illustrate God's free gift of salvation.
Sometimes we are on campus welcoming our community to us when we host our annual Trunk-n-treat or our burgers and cornhole every Thursday in the summer.
Our goal is to be a welcoming place for all to see the Love of Christ.

Pastoral Support
Our Pastor, Travis Huseby, is more than just a presence behind a pulpit. He is committed to the congregation and serving the Lord by serving others. His experience brings new ministries and outreach programs to help our church follow the Great Commission and bring new believers the Gospel. We believe that the church ought to be a Spiritual family that supports one another and our pastor is one of many who fulfill that conviction.

Missions
At Dorr Bible Church we are committed to missions. We believe in order to reach the world the church needs to be involved in missions. We financially support multiple missionaries placed all around the world. Anywhere from Togo Africa to the United Kingdom, and we prayerfully support the Lord's Work globally and locally.
We believe that the Great Commission is a command to be obeyed. Not an option to be considered. If you have any questions regarding our missions involvement feel free to reach out.

And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” Then I said, “Here I am! Send me.”
Isaiah 6:8
